Mirixa's network of contracted pharmacies contains over 40,000 pharmacies nationwide. Our members range from single-store independents to the largest chains. It’s easy to join. Provide the applicable information and a Mirixa representative will contact you. Part of a chain or affiliated with a buying group or third-party/managed care organization? If so, you may already be a member of the network through your chain or affiliate organization. Not sure? Please check with your affiliation or chain.

User Authorization Form
Follow the steps below to obtain new user login credentials:

  1. Pharmacy owner or manager completes the User Authorization Form and faxes it back to Mirixa Support at 703.865.2198.
  2. Mirixa Support will contact the new user and provide the user’s unique username and temporary password.
