Rick Solano, President & Chief Executive Officer
Rick Solano has worked in health care for 23 years, providing software, services and solutions to providers, health plans and pharmaceutical manufacturers. He most recently served in executive positions at Emdeon and Cegedim-Dendrite, providing business leadership for new business ventures as well as mature large-scale organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors of Health 1st America's Charities.

Steve M. Levine, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer
Steven Levine has worked in corporate finance and accounting for over 25 years, with 15 years of proven experience as Chief Financial Officer. He began his career with the public accounting firm, Deloitte and Touche. Steven is also a Certified Public Accountant. Health care has been the focus of his business experience for the past 24 years. He most recently served in both an executive business and financial leadership role, and as a board member, with Comprehensive Addiction Programs, Inc., located in Herndon, Virginia.

Bud Meadows, Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Bud Meadows is responsible for sales and business development at Mirixa. He brings over 13 years of sales leadership experience within the health care industry. Prior to joining Mirixa, he served as Vice President of Sales for Strategic Markets at Sage Software Healthcare. Bud is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, Williams School of Commerce with a degree in Politics.

Walid Saliby, Chief Technology Officer
Walid Saliby is responsible for technology at Mirixa. In this role he oversees software development, quality assurance and technical operations. He brings over 22 years of leadership and experience leading technology and product development teams in large multinational companies as well as startup organizations. Prior to joining Mirixa, Walid served as Senior Technical Director at America Online, where he managed a delivery organization supporting AOL Europe.

Trish Dare, Senior Vice President, Operations
Trish Dare has over 15 years of experience with health information technology and is responsible for delivering and managing Mirixa's programs and services. Trish has a proven track record of providing innovative and highly effective leadership in Operations, Product Management and Finance.

Joseph Gruber, RPh, CGP, FASCP, Vice President, Clinical Products
Joseph Gruber is responsible for demonstrating the value of Mirixa's clinical pharmaceutical care programs and MirixaPro℠ platform to health care industry stakeholders and professional organizations. Joseph is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and Certified Gerontologist and has practiced in the long term care and senior care setting for over 20 years. Prior to joining Mirixa he was President and CEO of ASCP Ventures. Joseph has spoken and published at the national level on many patient care topics.

Kim Swiger, RPh, Director, Pharmacy Services
Kim is responsible for the development and implementation of the patient care programs. She will also be working with state pharmacy associations and the schools of pharmacy to raise awareness of the MirixaPro platform. Kim brings more than 20 years experience of community pharmacy practice. Prior to joining Mirixa, Kim spent the majority of her career at Ukrop's Pharmacy where she was involved in innovative patient care programs, continuous quality improvement and pharmacy operations.

Lucian Taylor, Vice President, Product Management
Lucian Taylor is responsible for Product Management at Mirixa. Lucian has over 20 years of experience in software product management, with industry experience in healthcare, enterprise data warehouse applications, language learning, digital publishing, CRM, and computer-aided design and animation. Prior to joining Mirixa, Lucian led Strategic Planning and Product Management groups at several technology companies most recently including SAI Global, Rosetta Stone, and Microsoft.  Lucian is a recognized expert in product strategy and product lifecycle management (PLM), as well as the identification of new opportunities at high-growth companies.

Anne Marie Heil, Vice President, Marketing
Anne Marie Heil oversees Mirixa’s marketing initiatives along with the company’s internal and external communications. A 25-year veteran of the health care marketplace, Anne Marie spent over 18 years of her career with Siemens Health Services (formerly Shared Medical Systems) where she served in a variety of roles including market research, new business sales support, and service program marketing manager.

Karen Litsinger, General Counsel
Karen Litsinger has fifteen years of experience assisting technology companies with their legal and business development activities. She previously served as a partner at Sonnenschein Nath and Rosenthal LLP and the Vice President in charge of transactions in the America Online Legal Department. Karen serves in a leadership position with the Washington Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Association, and on the Boards of Directors of Ayuda, Inc. and the Holton-Arms Alumnae Association.
