Rick Solano, President & Chief Executive Officer Rick Solano has worked in health care for 25 years, providing software, services and solutions to providers, health plans and pharmaceutical manufacturers. He most recently served in executive positions at Emdeon and Cegedim-Dendrite, providing business leadership for new business ventures as well as mature large-scale organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors of Health 1st America's Charities.
Sherry Marsala, Director of Finance Sherry Marsala directs Mirixa’s finance team and oversees all financial activity including reporting, planning, analysis, risk management and audit. Sherry brings to her role extensive domestic and international experience in financial modeling, pricing and business analysis gleaned from 20+ years leading effective finance teams across many business sectors including Internet service providers and manufacturing.
Peggy Crawford, Senior Vice President, Operations and Product Development Peggy Crawford is a highly effective results oriented executive manager with broad experience in product development and technology management. With over 20 years of health care industry experience, Peggy is known for defining products and executing programs that drive measurable business performance. Prior to joining Mirixa, Peggy held senior management positions with Kaiser Permanente, Emdeon, and Colibrium Partners.
Kim Swiger, RPh, Vice President, Pharmacy Services Kim is responsible for strategically guiding Mirixa’s product and service offerings, and clinical program design to correspond with market and industry trends. She serves as a bridge between Mirixa’s Marketing and Product Management teams to leverage the advantage of our competitive solutions in today’s evolving marketplace. Kim brings more than 20 years experience of community pharmacy practice. Prior to joining Mirixa, Kim spent the majority of her career at Ukrop's Pharmacy where she was involved in innovative patient care programs, continuous quality improvement and pharmacy operations.
Joseph Gruber, RPh, CGP, FASCP, Vice President, Clinical Products Joseph Gruber is responsible for the development and implementation of Mirixa’s patient care programs and demonstrating the value of the MirixaPro℠ platform to health care industry stakeholders and professional organizations. Joseph is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and Certified Gerontologist and has practiced 8 years in the acute care setting, and over 20 years in the long term care and senior care setting. Prior to joining Mirixa he was President and CEO of ASCP Ventures. Joseph has spoken and published at the national level on many patient care topics. Stacey Lelko, Vice President, Sales and Business Development Stacey Lelko brings 20 years of sales leadership experience across a variety of healthcare segments to her role with Mirixa. Stacey most recently served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for the Center for Health Transformation (CHT), an organization that brings together public and private leaders to effect positive change in the healthcare sector. Prior to her work at CHT, Stacey held senior positions with pharmaceutical companies Eli Lilly and Schering Plough, and has extensive experience partnering with health plans and integrated delivery networks. Karen Hartwig, Vice President, Strategic Accounts Karen Hartwig joined Mirixa in the company’s first year, bringing a broad range of strategic and operational experience from more than 10 years of executive leadership in healthcare. Karen and her team are responsible for managing and developing additional services within Mirixa’s customer base. Prior to joining Mirixa, Karen held leadership positions with Genentech, ViroLogic, Novacea and Clinical Care Options.
Anne Marie Heil, Vice President, Marketing Anne Marie Heil oversees Mirixa’s marketing initiatives along with internal communications. A 27-year veteran of the health care industry, Anne Marie spent over 18 years with Siemens Health Services (formerly Shared Medical Systems) serving in a variety of marketing and sales support management roles. In addition, for 8 years Anne Marie ran a successful marketing consulting business for emerging growth companies in the health care IT space.
Karen Litsinger, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel Karen Litsinger has fifteen years of experience assisting technology companies with their legal and business development activities. She previously served as a partner at Sonnenschein Nath and Rosenthal LLP and the Vice President in charge of transactions in the America Online Legal Department. Karen serves in a leadership position with the Washington Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Association, and on the Boards of Directors of Ayuda, Inc. and the Holton-Arms Alumnae Association.
