PRODUCT MANAGER

Position Description:
This position is market focused and will be responsible for the growth and profitability of Mirixa’s technology products and patient care service solutions. Capturing new market requirements, identifying product candidates and evaluating their business case feasibility. Identifying metrics, performing audits to ensure products specifications and develop and implements remediation plans when necessary. Responsible for product line’s P&L. Defines pricing and cost models to meet revenue and income objectives; manages product budgets. Will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Software Engineering to create and maintain a competitive analysis of how products fit into market. Develops strategies to differentiate the product offering as well as supports strategic sales opportunities and evaluates and develops relationships with partners.

Responsibilities:
•    Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
•    Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and gathering customer input
•    Develop deep understanding of customer segments and personas
•    Drive new products, features, and services through market requirements, product requirements, product contract, and positioning.
•    Work with development team to build functional specifications, manage bug triage, etc.
•    Develop and implement go-to-market plans. Work closely with development, support, services, and marketing teams
•    Analyze potential partner relationships for the product
•    Develop and manage the product roadmap

Requirements:
•    Minimum of 4 years experience in technology product marketing; experience in SaaS space
•    Experience in Healthcare, Patient Care Service Programs, Pharmacy is a strong plus
•    Experience managing multiple products at different stages
•    Experience in SCLC, RACI, Agile methodology or similar RAD methods  
•    Results oriented team player, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•    Strong project management skills
•    BA/BS Degree in computer science, engineering or marketing.  MBA a plus.
