Product Analyst
Position Description The Product Manager is responsible for gathering, prioritizing, and defining the requirements for new features and products and communicating these requirements via user stories. The Product Manager will work closely with a cross-functional group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful definition, creation and launch of new products and features. The Product Manager will be an expert on the MirixaPro platform, pharmacy workflow, and community pharmacy-based patient care services.
Responsibilities: • Conduct user research and requirements analysis and definition • Drive product requirements definition and prioritization • Work with cross-functional teams to manage product development lifecycle from concept through product launch and enhancement • Support sales team with demonstrations and assist marketing with product collateral creation • Assist with creation of Product Roadmap • Conduct competitive research
Requirements: • 5+ years experience in health care information technology product management • Experience with web-based user interfaces and technology • Excellent business analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet aggressive deadlines • Ability to work well in teams • Knowledge of and ability to work within an Agile software development process • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) • Bachelor's degree required
