Mirixa is working with many third party contracting entities and you may not need to complete the Mirixa and MemberHealth online contracts. Mirixa is also working with these entities on automating the generation and dissemination of usernames and passwords.
If you are affiliated with one of the below entities, watch for communications from your group regarding the username and password process and any other required steps.
If you are affiliated with a group not listed above, contact your third party contracting entity for information about their intentions regarding contracting and working with Mirixa on your behalf. You should not complete the Mirixa online contract at this time.
